Sometimes, there can be such a strong focus on creating an amazing message to engage with your audience, it is easy to forget that the people and businesses you work with are the first ones to talk about your brand.
Are you committed to the environment but when it comes to working with your supply chain you choose the cheaper option? Do you consider whether the magazines and platforms in which you advertise are aligned with your values and your message?
Acting on your message is very powerful. It communicates commitment, consistency, loyalty and authenticity. It might not be the quickest way to make more profit but it will differentiate you from your competitors in a unique way.
