The logo, the website, the Instagram, the pictures, the social media strategy, the banners, the business cards, the office, the business plan.
All of these are important tasks, but the hard thing is figuring out what drives your business, why you and why now, what it is that you do that really matters, why you are relevant to your customers, how you can serve them better, what the promise and the vision are, and who you are asking your customer to become.
The hard things that come first are based on your ability to see people, create something relevant for them and show up with empathy.
This is hard, and that’s why it always comes first.
